I design ways to tell stories that build community resilience.

My design mediums are social media, audio, digital stories, and events.

Currently

I write and plan engagement strategies for food + beverage companies that are actively charting a more inclusive and sustainable future for the industry.

Most recently

I led the community engagement strategy at the fast-growing fine fast casual Indian restaurant, RASA.

In a past life

I covered all things audience engagement at D.C.’s NPR affiliate station WAMU where my work earned a 2022 Webby Honor for the newsroom’s Instagram profile.

I also managed the podcast station Full Service Radio from the LINE Hotel in D.C.
I engineered hundreds of podcast episodes and coached dozens of hosts, too.

And as a fun aside

I began my journey studying wine in 2021. Since then, I have earned Wine and Spirit Education Trust’s Level II Award in Wine and was accepted as a grantee to The Veraison Project and Wine Unify.

With one of my best friends, I run Softshell Food + Wine. It’s our excuse to eat and drink good with our friends and inspire curiosity around food and opportunities to build culinary memories for everyone.

My big hypothesis

is that if we apply community health principles to content creation and social engagement, we can (1) inspire people to care for the future of their communities, and (2) build sustainable paths for joy, health and wellness, for everyone.
